For twenty-five years, Bob has been at the forefront of business development and consulting in Long Island based industry and government. Bob formed ACEO2 Consulting in 2002 while consulting for Nassau County in industrial and economic development, and specialized in municipal energy, biotechnology and small business retention and expansion programs.

• Executive Vice President of The Governor’s Business Advisory Board of New York, gained extensive expertise in both representing government with the major corporate employers and assisting small and medium sized businesses throughout the state.
• Active member of the business community on Long Island spearheaded the first NYS incubator at Stony Brook and played a major role in reinvigorating the SUNY Patent Policy to promote business formation.
• At Grumman Corporation, involved in mergers and acquisitions leading to the eventual management of emerging firms in Medical Instrumentation, Software Development and Environmental Services.
• A speaker at national and regional conferences on venture capital, business formation, biotechnology and clinical trial development, innovation and incubator formation. Among the conferences he has addressed are:
• Venture Capital Investment Forum, Representing Twenty-First Investment Partners in Vancouver, British Columbia.
• Bio Conference, A Case Study in Forming and Financing a Clinical Trials Consortium of Five Academic Medical Research Centers in, New York City.
• National Science Foundation Conference on University based Industry Innovation Centers, Planning Grant on Formulation of a Public Private University Partnership, Little Rock, Arkansas.
• Adjunct Professor Polytechnic University at the Graduate Center on Long Island for ten years.
• Peer Reviewer of Incubator Partnerships for The National Science Foundation.
• Degrees an MBA in Finance and Marketing, Adelphi University BS in Industrial Management from the same institution. During earlier career a Mechanical and Electrical Designer while attended the Academy of Aeronautics.
