RE: Focus on Small-Medium Firms

Aceo2 Consulting is announcing a change in focus to the consulting practice to a full service operation with renewed emphasis on small–medium sized firms from 25-150 employees. Please click on the Brochure box above and go to Section II for details.

This new approach will be offered to firms desirous of renewed growth and entail one-on-one coaching for the CEO of smaller firms and a fast-track processes to assist the small – medium sized businesses described above.

What is key to these processes are there adaptability to all firms and are specifically tailored to meet the goals of each firm regardless of industry type.
